Mary B. Wacker
Mary is the President of M.B. Wacker
Associates, a firm specializing in leadership development, team
performance coaching, customer service strategies and organizational
change consulting. Since 1988, her firm has worked with health care,
finance, legal, insurance, publishing, distribution, and utility
industries; education; government; and community-based agencies.
She is an accomplished national conference seminar leader and has
written numerous training manuals, kits and programs in the areas
of management, finance, and employee engagement, most recently a
manual entitled: Virtual Teams: A Guide for Leaders.
Her work on team building has been cited in Milwaukee's
Business Journal and in the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel.
Mary has served as an adjunct faculty member for Marquette University
in its Certificate in Management Program and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukees
MBA program. She directs Leadership Milwaukee, a program focusing
on diversity in community leadership. Mary also serves on the non-profit
boards of Friendship Center, a reading camp in Dodgeville, WI and
The Waukesha Womens Center.
She was the 1995 president of the American Society for Training
and Development, Southeastern Wisconsin Chapter, and has received
a Professional Practice Award from the American Heart Association.
Mary has a B.S. degree in psychology and an M.S. degree in Educational
Psychology, both from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
